At yaviko.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gardening tool purchases. This Return Policy outlines the terms and procedures for returning products, ensuring a fair and hassle-free process for all our customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with the guidelines set forth below.
You may initiate a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them—this includes all accessories, manuals, and tags. Gardening tools that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team via email or our website’s contact form, providing your order number, product details, and reason for return. Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization (RA) number along with detailed shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RA number will not be processed.
For non-defective returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label upon request.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, and you will receive an email notification once the refund is processed. Exchanges will be shipped out as soon as the returned item is approved.
